Wilkinsons Business Advisory Services specialise in providing business advice, training and mentoring services to businesses and their people throughout Yorkshire. We believe there is a knowledge gap in many small and medium sized enterprises, who cannot afford full time financial expertise but would benefit and value Business Advisers who can help solve their day to day problems. We believe we can fulfil this role by becoming a virtual Financial Director.

Position: Principal consultant Qualifications: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA), a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA) and a qualified Financial Adviser (FPC)

Experience & specialisms:
Nigel was a practising Chartered Accountant for over 20 years but now concentrates solely on business advisory consultancy. He has considerable experience of working closely with owner managed businesses and particularly enjoys advising on business startups, strategic planning, internal systems and improving the bottom line. Nigel also has experience of training, marking professional exams and presenting.

Outside work:
Nigel is a keen networker and is an active member of Barnsley Chamber of Commerce (BCCI) and Barnsley Junior Chamber. He also enjoys playing and watching football, squash and snooker.

Family:
Nigel lives in Barnsley and has three children Darren, Jason and Bethany.
